Liability for contents

The contents of our sides were made with the greatest care.
We cannot, however, take on any liability for the correctness, completeness
and topicality of the contents.
As service providers we are responsibly in accordance with § 7 art.1 TMG
for contents of our own according to the general laws on these
sides. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG which point to an illegal activity we
are not obliged, however, to supervise transmitted or saved strange information
or to search after circumstances as a service provider.
Obligations to the removal or inhibition of the use of information according to
the general laws remain untouched of this. A liability regarding is, however,
only possible at the time of the knowledge of a concrete legal offence.
We will immediately remove these contents from corresponding when legal offences
will be confessed.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external web pages of third parties but we do not have any
influence on their contents. Therefore we either cannot take on any liability
for these strange contents. The respective supplier or operator of the sides is always
responsible for the contents of the interlinked sides. The interlinked pages were checked
for possible violations of a law at the time of the link. Illegal contents were not
recognizable at the time of the link. A permanent control of the interlinked sides as
regards content is, however, unconscionable without concrete clues of a legal offence.
We will immediately remove such links from legal offences when they will be confessed.

data from the access by third parties is not possible.
The use of contact data published in the context of the liability legal notice by third parties
are not requested to the consignment of advertising and informative materials is
particularly contradicted hereby. The operators of the pages reserve particularly legal
steps for themselves in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information e.g.
by spam mails.
