Sant Elm bei S´Arraco. Redesign with Natural Stone. Completion June 2009

After nearly seven months, we have build from an old barn a Chalet 110sqm with a new
30sqm roof terrace​​. The old barn got a new wall façade in natural breakage 3cm and a terrace of 100 square meters in the entrance and side entrance.
In the entire interior has been created a new floor and re-tiled. On the property several walls were prepared as natural stone work. In addition, a ramp of 420qm in concrete has been established.
Our client is building for years with us at his house.
